Dr. Dami Babaniji is a board-certified physician by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a former registered nurse with over fifteen years of combined healthcare experience. She is an Academic Hospitalist and Associate Professor training residents and medical students. She is the Physician Wellbeing Lead for her medical group, faculty representative, and the Chair of the Graduate Medical Wellness Committee at her institution. She believes in what she calls the 'Thrive Whole' concept and sees wellness as encompassing more than just physical health.
